Over the past 21+ years, I’ve led large-scale engineering, data, and AI/ML organizations across Uber, Amazon, and JPMorgan Chase — building platforms, teams, and systems that power global operations at massive scale. At Uber, I scaled FinTech Engineering and now lead Delivery Data Engineering, powering the data, AI, and mobile experiences used by millions worldwide. I’ve built high-performing teams of 70+ engineers, defined the GenAI strategy for FinTech, managed tier-1 services for Compliance, launched AI-driven rider and eater experiences, and scaled data platforms that fuel business-critical insights and personalization. Before Uber, I built ML and automation platforms for FinTech at Amazon, and led AI-first transformation for post-trade systems at JPMorgan Chase.
