• o Led a cross-functional “all-stars” team to drive a strategic pilot which focuses on addressing gaps in the security markets (SIEM & UEBA) using Guavus’ machine learning platform focusing on cyber threat detection, prediction and remediation using machine intelligence (AI) on Guavus Reflex Platform (2016)
• o Led the design of the underlying distributed, fault-tolerant, highly available Guavus Security Analytics Platform built on “Reflex 3.0” next-gen architecture (2016)
• o Responsible for delivering the first version of Guavus Care Reflex Product which was deployed at a Tier-1 US Telco with 60+ Million customers generating over 200 Billion data records per day (2015). Responsible for building a cross-functional team for the product line.
• o Designed new modules in the Guavus Platform to achieve 500ms latency and 99.99% availability in the Guavus Platform. Created detailed technical requirements for engineering, as well as owned delivery of the 1.0 version of the product (2015)

• As one of the founding engineers of the first Telco Big Data platform, I was Responsible for conceptualizing, incubating and executing the product roadmap for Guavus Reflex 1.0 and 2.0 Platform in 2010 and 2012 through 100+ size engineering team.
• Built from scratch entire engineering teams and built from scratch the heart of the Guavus Platform's persistent storage and retrieval engine using columnar storage technologies.
• Responsible for building a formal Program Management team in the Guavus Platform Group, establishing and formulating release processes, and Scrum Master for multiple teams. Monitored and analyzed product performance metrics throughout the release life-cycle, established data-driven insights to release/feature quality, and provided feedback to improve the product.
• Directly supervised and controlled the work of engineers and managed the development of features and maintenance of the INSTA team in the Platform group.
• Spearheaded the creation of GMS (Guavus Management System) in 2013, an OAM product for the Guavus Platform.
