My career spans large global organizations in banking, media, and technology, as well as mid-sized companies and startups, including ventures I co-founded. I also played a key role in leading the recruiting for HBO Max (Warner Bros. Discovery) in India and leadership team for South east Asia team. 2. Entrepreneurship I co-founded two ventures: a boutique wealth management firm and a recruiting and tech-platform firm in the consumer digital space. The latter became one of the fastest-growing talent search firms in the consumer tech ecosystem, supporting over 50+ B2B/2C product tech startups from scratch - leadership hiring to building tech/non tech teams - from eCommerce, fintech, EdTech, healthcare, media tech, cab aggregators, fashion, consumer analytics to name a few. Also developed two different tech-platforms for recruitment and mobile content training (Gamification) for the ground staff primarily for the eCommerce space. First of its kind, screened 10,000+ candidates for companies like Flipkart, Delhivery, Runner, Practo etc. 3. Sales and Operations With over 15 years of experience in sales, client management, and operations, I have worked across banking, recruiting, and consumer goods. At ABN AMRO Bank, I achieved the highest revenue in my division and expanded assets under management to $20 million in wealth management. I have also driven $1.5 million in revenue through my recruiting venture, acquiring over 50 clients in the consumer tech space. I specialise in building teams, business and processes for diverse industries and markets from scratch, and managing multi senior stakeholders to help ideate, strategies and execute business goals.
