Working as the manager of the core team of Uber which is the matching team. We leverage complete analytics and AI technology in this team to make the matching ayatem of Uber more efficient and robust.

Working in the developer platform division. We work mostly towards enabling the developers for a faster productivity and to reduce the time to market for our products.

The mobile release platform which handles a weekly cut going in for the new features in the app and ensures it follows the protocol of validation, testing , certification and security . This pipeline also takes care of any hotfix process that would happen.

Handling the Crypto Exchange of CoinSwitch. The interactions for this exchange was only B2B and so it had to be absolutely fast, resilient and secure.
My role was understand the whole ecosystem of the crypto exchange and serve a better solution overall. Connecting with our users, daily interactions with product and business to make this a success and brainstorm on what features could be brought in - in the future. Weekly updates to leadership on the progress being made. I identified lot of gaps which helped improve the time to market - example launch of a coin used to take more than a week bit after automating whatever we could the time came down to less than 2 days.
Stability of the exchange went from 60s to 95+
Team appraisals and building the team was an ongoing process.
