• Responsible for end to end testing deliverables for Arista’s Sand and MetaMako product lines.
• Currently Managing system test teams of 15+ engineers based in HQ and Canada.
• Responsible for optimizing manual and automation testing, improving efficiency, and delivering quality. Identified and came up with tools that improve turn-around time for testing.
• Handling all the necessary manager’s responsibilities like project & people management, technical leadership/guidance/vision, resource planning & allocation, hiring, coordinating between all the stakeholders, delivering the project on time with unbeatable quality, designing roadmaps, formulating team’s technical strategy, creating master test plan templates etc.
• Helped the team grow from 5 member team to 15+ member team by reviewing resumes, interviewing and making hiring decisions in less than a year. Also Expanded the HQ team in Canada by hiring system test engineers in Vancouver.
