Test and Learn is the mantra. Nobody should be afraid to fail, but key is fail fast. Do not take like forever to build the perfect solution. Iterate. Do not make TV Control whose 80% of feature is not used.
Instrumental in bringing on track and successful completion of multiple legacy deprecation programs. This was achieved by adopting the incremental approach where one feature at time was deprecated, continuous delivery gave confidence to stakeholders regarding completion of earlier-delayed program.
