• creating product roadmap and technical roadmap both, tech choices and architecture,
• integrated online payments for introducing upfront payments, created leads for business

• 2 . Product & Engineering for Hygiene business vertical of zomato, automated the merchant
• on-boarding for hygiene product by building a DIY process which brought the on-boarding
• time from a days to minutes, introduced online payments to remove bottlenecks from
• offline payment Methods. This new tech is built on Microservices architecture which
• includes around 4 services with a mix of tech stacks like Java, Php, Reactjs. Built a team
• of 6 engineers to work on this vertical.
• 3 . Performance improvement of zomato experience on mobile web. Worked with a team of 4
• engineers to improve the overall load time of zomato on mobile web. Introduced API level
• caching and static caching to reduce the page loading, got the migration done to latest
• stable reactjs version and webpack 4 to use dynamic imports feature, got the overall code
• modularised and structured.
