My experience as an Executive HR has grown over the years after having served the nation as an officer in the Army Service Corps where I learnt Admimistration and was made in charge of commanding troops in various terrains alongwith looking after various facets of their well being which included training, and administration in all facets of life. Having decided to prematurely retire after completing 21 years of in the Army decided to venture out inthe civil world to extend my service in the world outside.Started off by doing an extremely succesful tenure as AGM HR/Admin in a reputed real estate firm KW Group here i also added Human Resources (PGDHRM) to my capabilities from a reputed insttuition Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning at Pune. There hasbeen no looking back ever since. Having worked in various industries, I have seen some amazing people and gained an insight to people's ability when you work with them.
