• Founder of Accensible Solutions Pvt. Ltd. that aimed to break down barriers that impede progress for people with disabilities. We began with focusing on the rehabilitation needs of people with hearing loss. Team at Accensible built India's first fully customizable digital rehabilitation platform that addressed the Geographic, Economic and Awareness barriers.
• 70% of India's target population with hearing loss do not get access to quality rehabilitation services as they reside in tier 2 and 3 towns and rural areas. Similarly, rehabilitation is expensive and is needed more frequently for children till the age of 6 years before they are mainstreamed in education. Finally, rehabilitation is grossly neglected due to lack of awareness, education and support away from clinics.
• Accensible developed digital platform addressed all of these challenges and more. The platform also successfully completed a 8-months product trial that saw 11 clinics / centers / special schools, 32 professionals and 120+ people with hearing loss. The outcomes of the trial were encouraging and set the path for go to market launch.

• Below description sums for all the levels that I worked at Finastra, D+H and FundTech. Initially was responsible for leading the APAC Product SME Team and two years later promoted to lead Global SME Team.
• Led a team of 10+ Finastra Product Consultants as well Contract Consultants in Transaction Banking that saw implementation across Payments, Collections, Financial Supply Chain, Balance & Transaction Reporting, Cash Flow Forecasting and Liquidity Management. Was responsible for hands-on product implementation in Banks as well as managed the team that did the implementation. Gained hands-on implementation & management experience across projects in India, Philippines, Thailand, US, Africa and Middle East. Was part of the management team that was responsible for few internal processes automation and optimizations as well as cross-product upskilling and work-culture transformation post the formation of Finastra (merger of Misys and D+H).
• Submitted 2 ideas and won the first & third prize in Finastra Hackathon event in 2018 and our team was selected to participate in the Global Finastra Hackathon 2019 in London. Also, submitted 2 ideas and won the first prize in the Global Delivery Ideation contest in 2020. Ideated and mentored a team for the Finastra Hackathon event in 2019 which made it to the final round of the event.
• Additionally, was responsible for lot of internal practice management work including liaising with Academy for the upskilling of the entire Global Delivery Practice, improving resource utilization, monitoring practice initiatives, creating product training artifacts, creation and review of implementation reusable artifacts, etc.
• Also briefly managed the team of Quality Consultants (due to change in QA Manager) during which successfully increased the employee satisfaction score, liaised between the 14 team members and higher management for team feedback and transitioning and resource allocations till a new manager was identified.
