• AttainU was started with the idea to change how candidates learn coding & get hired.
• We were 1st in India to launch online ISA model (Income share agreement), executed the model for 2 years & realised the legal challenges & leaks with the model. Switch to Upfront pay model and continued for 2 more years.
• As a co-founder, wore multiple hats: Sales, Marketing, Parternships, Learning, Product, Revenue management, Fund raise, etc
• Placed ~700 students overall
• Problems I tackled:
• How to increase sales by improving conversion % & lower the CAC (in our case conversion % was approx 2% & CAC was 40-50%) - achieved ARR of 30M INR
• Reduce student drop out rate & hence improve course completion rate
• Improve placement rates

• Time to time, created & lead different verticals of the company to grow it further:-
• Hired & lead a team of 200+ content interns to expand technical content on the website
• Visited 20+ premium colleges across the country to conduct workshops & seminars to promote learning from GeeksforGeeks
• To solve the problem of content creation at scale, developed a new system of crowdsourcing content (authors & reviewers) - https://write.geeksforgeeks.org/ - lead the project
• Maintained & scaled the GATE preparation portal of GFG & made it one stop platfrom for users to prepare for GATE (articles, old exam papers, test series, etc)
