Building the 1970 shop - we exist to take our users back to their childhood kitchen - to help them connect with memories from that time, and bring them closer to moments when food was real, and not adulterated. As a consumer brand we serve packaged snacks & sweets with atta from our own chakki, ghee from punjab, no maida, no palm oil, no preservatives - only using ingredients from our mother's kitchen. Previously built 4 profitable businesses over 10 years. One which is a tech marketplace, two in food retail (one cafe & one qsr), and one in content creation. At Rally OurBus, built a high-performing team of 150+ people that enabled the business to go from $2M to $40M ARR. Set up a function from scratch and then handed it over to a domain expert to scale further. I thoroughly enjoy nurturing owners (not employees) within a team and take immense pride in seeing them grow. Driving & sustaining great culture is a superpower for young teams, facilitating just that! Always do the right things that matter, especially when pushed against the wall. Strongly opinionated, willing to be convinced otherwise. Keep the user at the center of what you do, don't force-fit a solution. Jack of all trades.
