• Project Management role in a strategic PPP alliance of GIZ, EnviTec and MPPL that aims at establishing sustainable structure and conducive framework conditions as basis for rural biomass-based electrification in India and the Philippines. Responsibilities across farmer training, development of sustainable business concepts, organic manure business case formulation and implementation and knowledge/information transfer to Philippines.

• InI Consulting is a business advisory firm which provides services in agribusiness and infrastructure. I was heading the agribusiness consulting division and was responsible for company's agribusiness strategy, industry-wide networking, client relationship, engagement management and budget-compliance.
• Between Feb 2006 - May 2009, I was deputed to Desai Fruits and Vegetables, one of the largest horticulture product exports companies based in India in multiple general management roles. It is the first company to successfully start banana exports from India and is currently the largest banana exporter from India. It is also the first company to start mango exports from India to USA and is one of the largest exporters of pomegranates and grapes to Europe.
• I was directly reporting to the Swiss Board of Directors and Top Management and was heading the client's sales organization. In 3 years, I negotiated and signed sales contracts worth 40 million USD across USA, Europe, South East Asia and Middle East and built customer-base comprising of premium supermarkets and importers.
• My key responsibility at the beginning of the assignment was to turnaround the client's business in Middle-East. Restructured the portfolio, developed the customer base from scratch, built sustainable relationships with Middle East premium supermarkets and could finally make the business profitable.
