• As a GBS Specialist works in processing and uploading transactional payroll data. Coordinate activities with Internal client service teams to ensure high client satisfaction and auditing the payroll data for multiple region clients via multiple pay cycles globally. We also keep Detailed focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payrolls related activities. We Verify that all new hire, Leaver, and employee change data is accurately uploaded as per global payroll requirement. Tasks also include the timely distributions of payroll data to payroll services provider/s. Post commit duties include the distribution of reports, document storage for audit.
