Building people is key to building organisations, and that’s the lens through which I approach my work as an HR Business Partner. Currently, I lead HRBP responsibilities and employee engagement at FieldAssist, focusing on performance, recognition, growth, and well-being. Earlier, at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times Group), I partnered closely with business teams and drove talent management initiatives like succession planning, HiPo programs, and career management. I created the company’s career management page from scratch and redesigned the HiPo program to make it more engaging and customised. I also had a short stint at Orix India in Talent Acquisition, hiring across diverse roles. Across these experiences, I’ve learnt that while HR has many facets, HR Business Partnering is where I create the most impact, and it continues to be my forte and passion.
