I built a world-class Tech team in India & USA that created a revolutionary AI SaaS product from scratch and spearheaded the Sales team, driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in the India and US markets. I was instrumental in transforming Salesken from a bootstrapped company to a series B-funded company. I have nurtured MNCs and start-ups in the SaaS, Retail and Edu Tech sectors from inception to profitability, keeping people at the core of the journey. My experience spans diverse organizational functions, with a strong emphasis on sales and operations. I transitioned from roles in operations to sales, customer retention, and training. Currently, I head the Sales team at Salesken, driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in both the India and US markets. While I also oversee HR functions and was instrumental in the companies hiring and expansion, my primary focus remains on expanding our sales reach and achieving revenue targets. As a Strategic Advisor and sales leader, I help organizations grow by resolving performance gaps. I have guided management teams on business transformation and change management. I believe in leveraging my skills to transform organizations into “Employers of Choice” and “Great Places to Work." I have set up the Sales and HR functions for Salesken Technologies, FitKids Education & Training, and the brand function in Decathlon. I was among the earliest employees of Hutch, starting with operations and then moving on to sales, customer retention, and training. I enjoy talking to people. I can quickly build rapport and radiate positive energy even when the going is tough. Several people recruited by me have grown to leadership positions. At Salesken, I am part of a team that leverages cutting-edge AI Technologies to deliver pioneering products and world-class SaaS solutions across the globe.
