My sweet spot is the messy middle: ambiguous requirements, cross-team alignment, and data-heavy workflows. Where I began I didn’t start in product — I started in design. Before NID, I used to jump straight to solutions: screens first, logic later. No story. No context. And unsurprisingly… nobody listened NID drilled the power of storytelling into me. It taught me that how you frame a problem completely changes how people value the solution. That lesson turned me from “someone who makes interfaces” into “someone who designs with intention.” How that shaped my product career Design taught me empathy and systems thinking.
