About

I’m interested in how we learn — not just what we learn. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across education, policy, and entrepreneurship to explore what it takes to design learning that is relevant, reflective, and deeply human. I’ve built two education ventures shaped by a core belief: that real learning happens when young people are given space to explore, connect, and make meaning for themselves. At Redwood Edutours, we partner with schools to design curriculum-aligned journeys that take students beyond the classroom — into communities, ecosystems, and perspectives they may never have encountered otherwise. These programs are built with care: joyful, rigorous, and rooted in real-world complexity. We work closely with educators, facilitators, and institutional partners to ensure our programs are developmentally appropriate, culturally aware, and emotionally resonant — often integrating frameworks like CAS, IAYP, and school-led capstones. Earlier, I co-founded Purple Squirrel to connect students with workplaces through exposure tours. That journey taught me a lot about scale, systems, and the cost of growing fast without always growing deep — and it shaped how we’ve chosen to build Redwood: deliberately, collaboratively, and with integrity at the centre. I remain curious about how we design learning ecosystems that prepare young people not just for success — but for complexity, uncertainty, and interdependence.

  • At Redwood, we design curriculum-aligned learning journeys that take students beyond the classroom — into communities, ecosystems, and unfamiliar perspectives.
  • Our programs integrate themes like sustainability, history, identity, and systems thinking — often through frameworks like CAS, IAYP, and school-led capstones.
  • I focus on learning design, school partnerships, facilitation strategy, and storytelling — with the goal of building programs that are joyful, rigorous, and rooted in real-world complexity.
  • We’ve worked with some of the most exciting schools across India, but continue to build slowly and intentionally — one conversation at a time.
