Having more than 6 years of experience in Manpower development and working directly with renowned companies likes Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra Automotive, Nissan, Tata Motors, JAWA Motorcycles, and an additional four years in Sales and Business Development Manager, I have in-depth knowledge of the working of the industry and expectations of the client. I conduct various types of training such as product, process, technical, service, customer relations, soft skills, behavioural on both online and offline platforms. Also conducted audits at various dealerships and service centres helped identify gap area and road mapped necessary improvements. My technical knowledge is very detailed and that helps to connect with the participants and help them understand the benefits of training and improving. I have trained a very varied audience, from freshers to CEOs in various parts of the country. Managed a team of almost 20-25 members, trained, certified and helped them develop a matrix to train and certify their teams.
