HR Executive with a wide exposure in the field of Training and Development, Performance Management, HR Policies, HR Operations and HR Processes. I started my career in pandemic and it gave me a great opportunity to grow by tackling the Human Resource challenges in the very beginning of my career. I have worked on developing the T&D from scratch and modifying it while considering the ease of employees as well. Also, working on Career Progression Plan of an employee, starting from defining the designations to the finalizing the KRAs for each designation. Moreover, handling the Rewards and Recognition Program with the successful implementation of Pilot Project. Based on the review of the teams involved in Pilot Project, we have started working on shortcomings and challenges. Apart from these 3 major areas, I have worked on HR policies, HR processes, Employee Engagement and a bit of recruitment. Was curious to work into HR Operations and majorly payroll and could work on it for approx 2500 employees PAN 🇮🇳. A great learning, however looking forward to explore HR analytics.
