• As Head of Quality and Process Control, I played a key role in the development, execution, and stabilization of the SMS1 unit, encompassing the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Furnace (LF), Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), and Induction Furnace. My contributions included:
• Plant Start-Up and Stabilization: Actively involved in the execution of SMS1 projects, from initial installation and commissioning to achieving stable operations, ensuring seamless integration of equipment and processes.

• During my time at Aarti Steels, I focused extensively on analyzing defects in both cast and rolled steel products. I suggested critical process parameters for each manufacturing stage, significantly reducing defects and improving product quality. Leading the R&D activities, I developed programs to precisely calculate the mechanical properties of steel and, when properties were available, reverse-engineer the chemical composition. This tool was widely used for chemical composition design, enhancing product customization. Additionally, I trained a team of metallurgists in metallography and fractography, strengthening our technical capabilities. I was also responsible for Total Quality Management (TQM) activities, working closely with the Management Representative (MR) to ensure quality systems were effectively implemented. Furthermore, I was actively involved in customer development, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored steel products accordingly.
