Hi, I’m Sailesh Krishnan, and for over a decade, I’ve been helping startups and SaaS companies build better customer experiences through data, empathy, and execution. My journey began as a data scientist, but I quickly realized that what excited me most wasn’t just the numbers, it was what they meant for the people using our products. Since then, I’ve worn many hats namely an analyst, consultant, product manager, customer experience architect, and now, senior manager leading global consulting and delivery teams. I’ve had the privilege of working across 6 roles, spanning 11 years in startups. Along the way, I’ve helped grow products with $15M+ in ARR, led high-performing teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC, and contributed to a successful acquisition. Whether it’s building reporting platforms that improve C-level decision-making or managing client relationships that generate millions in recurring revenue, I focus on outcomes that matter. Some milestones I’m proud of: €3M+ in savings delivered through procurement analytics in Europe $2.1M ARR managed directly across Fortune 100 clients Internal tools that led to a 30% improvement in decision quality 8 years consistently rated as a top-tier performer 5 professional awards and 3 academic scholarships along the way But numbers only tell part of the story. What truly drives me is the chance to create trust; with customers, teammates, and partners. I believe that real success comes from being straightforward, curious, and deeply committed to solving problems that matter. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors on my two-wheeler, unwinding with strategy or sports video games, and staying active through cricket, football, and table tennis. Lately, I’ve been trying my hand at golf, still a work in progress, but I’m enjoying the challenge! At the heart of it all, I see my role as simple: to make it easier for our customers to succeed and feel good about working with us every step of the way.
