I am the CEO of Aubay Portugal, and I believe that the true driving force of a technology company is the people who build it every day. Over more than 15 years in the IT services sector, I have worked side by side with teams and clients to turn business challenges into technological solutions with real impact. At Aubay Portugal, I grew together with the organization: I have been involved in business and operations management, supported the expansion of teams, the opening of new offices, and the development of nearshore services for different markets. This journey has given me a very clear perspective on what truly makes the difference: well-supported talent, close leadership, and a strong focus on delivering consistent value to clients.
