• Integrate digital into all aspects of the Wealth business, from channels, product processors and data to the operating model, therein developing the Digital & Technology function that is aligned to overall Group business plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with business units and enabling function to achieve the overall Citi Global Wealth technology transformation objectives for Wining in Wealth
• Prioritize and control the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems and services, closely aligned to the Business investment and budget plans

• Manage the complex technology Release for Asia and EMEA Consumer banking across 17 markets for Digital DIY Channels (internet banking , mobile banking), Traditional Retail Banking systems, Payments and Transfer systems, Wealth Management products , Cards & Fraud system , Branch Assisted Channels & API Open Banking partnership during the Monthly and Major release cycle with development size of 58K days of build quarter on quarter in an Agile and Sprint delivery framework.
• Core responsibility includes managing and coordinating Program delivery and implementation risk mitigation with Project Managers, Business stakeholders, Application team, L3 support, Production management, Dev Ops, core Infrastructure teams to prepare and strategize the implementation plan and execution script, review and organize the system downtime and outages with Application and infrastructure teams to have zero to minimum outage plan with seamless customer experience during the big bank implementation. Execute and run a command center for the implementation to ensure timely release of mission critical channels like Citibank Online, Citi Mobile , IVR, Cards Authorization, ATM networks, Open Banking API partners, Remarkable Cards journey and Credit Initiation and Account Opening and Branch/ Agent services.
• Track the critical issues on the release for sign off and Go/No Go decision.
• Provide Senior management updates on the Release implementation progress to CIO, Application Heads, Country Business managers, Regional Business heads, Operation Heads and Operating Committee.
