• As a Senior Product Manager for ReflexOne, I led the development of an advanced AI/ML platform that enabled enterprises to analyze large, complex datasets and proactively identify potential issues. ReflexOne helped organizations across diverse industries—including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, media, and government—optimize Customer Experience, Operational Intelligence, and Industrial IoT. My role focused on uncovering patterns in data and using analytics and machine learning to predict and resolve issues before they impacted operations.
• Earlier, I managed Guavus Security Intelligence, where I contributed to the evolution of Guavus Threat Hunting Platform. This enterprise security product enabled traditional Security Operations Centers (SOCs) to proactively hunt and neutralize advanced cyber threats.
