Naveen is a cross-functional leader with 25+ years of experience at the intersection of Business & Technology. As Founder @ ThinkShop.in, he helps small-mid business owners and corporates grow the business, improve engagement and become future-ready. Until recently, Naveen was with Microsoft as a Senior Director & Industry Advisor, driving Cloud & Enterprise solutions at top-tier clients pan-India. He has also led the Business Transformation agenda at Aegon Life (now Bandhan Life) as the Chief Operating Officer, and shaped enterprise-wide CX strategy across the Edelweiss Financial Services group. Adept at Strategy as well as Execution, he brings deep domain understanding of various industries, with a special focus on Financial Services (BFSI). His experience includes working with Startups, SMBs as well as large-scale enterprises, across functions. Naveen loves to engage with students as a Visiting Faculty, and has frequently spoken at industry events across India.
