I'm currently building Zifcare in its 2.0 version as the platform of choice for recruitment of top technology and business talent in the United States of America (USA) and India. Our typical time to hire is 2-4 weeks and the average number of candidates interviewed by clients before hiring is 5. Our clientele primarily consists of startups and MNCs and we serve multiple industries including: e-commerce, artificial intelligence, fintech, agri-tech, real estate, digital marketing, aerospace and defence. At this time, we're primarily focused on hiring for technology and leadership roles as these have an outsized impact on the growth trajectory of any organization. Earlier, I founded Zifcare (www.zifcare.com), a 100% self-funded, non-clinical, AI-powered SaaS tool for mental well-being. Being a solo Founder and leading my own (Technology + Content + Design) team gave me tremendous self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment. We had 45,000+ email subscribers and 25,000+ app downloads, with a 4.8+ rating. We also managed to save a couple of lives that I know of and that was Zifcare's greatest accomplishment as a self-development and mental health startup. However, we were too early in our attempt to build a content-oriented mental wellness platform for India and the venture did not work out commercially. I've also worked with some high-growth startups and the largest portfolio I've managed is INR 300 crore GMV ARR.
