As the Founder and Chief Guidance Officer of The Compass Team, I have dedicated over 15 years to pioneering social impact initiatives that enhance the overall development of students, parents, and teachers. Our flagship programme, HOPES, is India’s first copyrighted comprehensive outreach assessment that integrates psychology, speech language pathology, audiology, and more to address academic, behavioural and health-related needs. This initiative has touched over 45,000 students across 150+ schools, embodying our mission to foster emotional well-being and informed decision-making. Beyond The Compass Team, I also lead efforts as the Founding Citizen of Social Responsibility Initiative (SRI), promoting societal awareness across age groups, and as the Programme Guide of The Fine Tuner, empowering individuals to refine their communication skills. With multiple corporate roles at various levels of the hierarchy backing me for over 32 years and a passion for problem-solving, I also write on a variety of topics from Management to Aptitude Assessment , while advocating for impactful education and social responsibility. As a passionate teacher, I am also an Adjunct Faculty at DDUKK, CUSAT.
