  • Automated Network Plan, decreasing time to build network models from 20+ hours to <3 hours for each iteration. Model remained in place until TR volume supported ML modelling by 2024.
  • Launched ‘Warehouse Transfers’ – enabling Amazon to keep 1-day promise during its first Prime Day (+400% peak vs previous peak). Achieved by spreading inventory from 1 site to all available sites – cost of $1MM annually.
