• GSF Accelerator is India's first multi-city accelerator programme for early stage tech product startups and is backed by 20 leading founders/angel investors and 5 Funds.
• Curated and participated in the GSF World Expedition that took 10 start-ups, and 15 leading investors and advisors from India to 6 major entrepreneurial hubs around the world – London, Berlin, New York, Boston, San Francisco and Palo Alto – to facilitate a cross-border dialogue and exchange of best practices between the respective start-up eco-systems, and forge partnerships to support tech innovations globally
• Managed the Bangalore centre’s activities including - sourcing and managing deal flow
, working with the Investment Committee to select startups for investment and for the accelerator program, designing and implementing an intensive, workshop driven Accelerator program, and building GSF’s Mentor & Advisory network consisting of notable entrepreneurs, investors, and senior industry executives
• Mentored and worked closely with the Bangalore-based startups on Product Development, Go-to Market strategy, Business Development and Fundraising
• Designed and executed the GSF Global Investor Conference - GSF #Wheredowegonow – Curated and moderated a panel discussion on the ‘future of impact entrepreneurship’, and ‘the future of women entrepreneurs’ and emceed the entire 2-day conference

• NSEF is India’s premier platform for educating, mentoring and supporting budding young social entrepreneurs and change-agents among leading academic institutions in the country.
• As Director and later interim-CEO, led and oversaw all of NSEF’s activities, including setting up student-led NSEF chapters at over 40 universities, designing and executing educational workshops and lectures on social entrepreneurship, facilitating and judging business plan competitions for social ventures, administering the “Authors of Change” internship program to place college students at leading social enterprises, and mentoring student-led social impact start-ups.
• Represented India at the UNESCO Summit on Entrepreneurship Education in Hangzhou, China (March 2013) and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (December 2013) aimed at creating an Asia-wide network for supporting entrepreneurship education for the youth
• Delivered key-note addresses, guest lectures and motivational talks on social entrepreneurship at over 30 premier educational institutions in India, including leading colleges at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and the National Institute of Technology (NIT)

• Led the pilot for Enable-D with its first targeted investee company – Spring Health, a social enterprise that delivers low-cost water in Eastern India – including creating its business and financial plan, and helping to raise over $2 million dollars in a Series-A round
