Ryder (Logistics domain) is one of the premier client for HCL. Ryder embarked on a multi-year business process re-engineering and transformation journey, optimizing existing fleet management, and maintenance processes and IT modernization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for requirements gathering and understanding from onsite for all Purchase Order (PO) processes and prepare the business requirements documents and design business process models for these processes. It involved process optimization activities as well.
2. Helped the team in design phase by designing the screen mock-ups and prepare the detail UI specification documents.
3. Helped the development team in understanding the requirements for the application development. 4. Responsible for maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for the Ryder PO application.
5. Also acted as the test lead, was responsible for the test plan and test cases document for the complete application.
6. Responsible for demonstrating the test scenarios and detailed test cases to the client for getting the sign off for these documents.
7. Also responsible for testing the application and ensuring that the application meets all the business requirements before delivering to SIT and UAT by client.
