I am Founder of TrueGradient where we are building AI agents to manage inventory for modern commerce brands. Running a Shopify brand today is incredibly complex. Hundreds of SKUs, unpredictable demand, supplier lead times, promotions, marketing spikes — and yet most teams are still trying to manage planning through spreadsheets and static dashboards.
