I am Ashish, an IIM Graduate with 8 years of P&L leadership experience across multiple Retail Channels & B2B. Currently I am leading the Offline journey (EBO & SIS) for GIVA in India, which includes a fast growing EBO chain of 310+ outlets (adding 30+ every Qrtr) & 100+ SIS counters in our partner chains like Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop & Lifestyle. I am grateful for my journey in Titan (6 yrs) where I was fortunate enough to move across 3 functions to explore 4 different roles. Starting as an MT in '17, the org allowed me to explore Modern Trade, EBO and B2B at various leadership roles regionally while leading teams as big as 300+ and turnover to the tune of 400cr+.
