I have spent 12 years inside some of India's most demanding engineering environments - Honda, Mercedes-Benz R&D, Maruti Suzuki and one thing has stayed constant across all of them and that is complex programs do not fail because people are not working hard enough. They fail because nobody owned the system. That is the gap I have always stepped into. Whether it was building a traceability system for safety-critical airbag components so that a wrong part could never reach a vehicle, or redesigning a quality framework from scratch to earn export approval from Honda Japan, or cutting fixture requirements from 40 to 28 on a global vehicle program across India, Germany, and the US, the work has always been the same at its core: take something complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes, and build a structure around it that scales. I work best at the intersection of engineering and program governance. I am an engineer who learned early that the hardest problems are never purely technical. They are coordination problems, prioritization problems, and clarity problems wearing a technical disguise. I am the person who sits between those two worlds, translates technical constraints into decisions, aligns stakeholders who have different priorities, and makes sure the right thing gets built in the right sequence. Right now I am looking for Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager roles where automotive systems, platform delivery, and software-adjacent execution come together.
