I believe performance without presence is empty, and that true success isn’t about doing more, but doing what matters with intention and care. After my first 10 years at L’Oréal, rising from intern to General Manager, I chose to pause, and redefine what success meant for me. I studied yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health. Then returned to corporate in New York, infusing everything I had learned into how I built culture, coached executives, and shaped transformation. Because leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about energy. It’s about people. It’s about alignment. After nearly 2 decades in the corporate world, I now run Flow Grounds, a leadership and coaching company. I work with professionals and companies through 1:1 coaching, workshops, retreats, and strategy. I created ELEVATE, an urban leadership retreat held in Singapore, and now being scaled globally.
