About

I am currently the VP of People, Strategy & Ventures at Careem, where I work at the intersection of company strategy, culture, and new business creation. My role spans shaping Careem’s long-term direction, leading our People organization, and incubating and scaling new Ventures across the Everything App - including Careem Box, Bikes, Dineout, Shops, and Tenants. Before Careem, I spent over a decade in strategy consulting at McKinsey and Roland Berger, working with large institutions and governments across the region. That experience shaped how I think about complexity, trade-offs, and what it really takes to make transformation stick. I am particularly interested in how strategy becomes real - through operating models, incentives, talent, and everyday decisions. I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from AUB.
