I work at the intersection of strategy, technology policy, and market entry — helping governments and enterprises navigate transformations that don't have a playbook yet. Over 7 years across BCG, Deloitte, and the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, I've built GTM strategies, restructured public institutions, and driven adoption of open digital infrastructure across India, the US, EU, LatAm, and Africa.
