• I founded The Leadership Vault after seeing the same challenges repeatedly in organisations of every size. Too often leadership resources were either heavy on theory and light on practice, or locked away in expensive coaching programmes that few could access.
• The Vault is designed to change that. It is practical, affordable and scalable. Each lesson is short, focused and easy to apply, with tools, case studies and self-reflection built in so leaders can immediately transfer what they learn into action.
• My role combines coach, mentor and course designer. I built the framework, shape the content and continue to grow the Vault in response to the evolving needs of leaders. Drawing on my experience as an Amazon Bar Raiser, senior leader in logistics and operations, and trusted advisor to Boards, I bring practical insights from real-world leadership challenges into every course.
• Beyond content, I also mentor and coach leaders one-to-one, helping them build confidence, resilience and clarity in their roles. The Vault is an extension of that philosophy: leadership development should be accessible, practical and transformative, whether for a new manager or a senior executive.

• Driving Inspired Gaming's success on a grand scale, I led a formidable team of 700+ professionals across four strategic business lines. • Director of the Network Development/Supply Chain team of 30+ senior managers; with responsibility for the overall design and implementation of our EU Middle Mile Ground, Sea, Air and Rail network. Driving the development of an end to end positive supply chain network, pushing towards our performance, cost, sustainability and speed goals.
• Some of the key responsibilities included:
• Managing a team of Sr Leaders and Network Development Managers, overseeing the continued expansion, design and development of our middle mile transportation network.
• Responsible for leading the team in ensuring we make the right changes for ATS; continuing to delight our customers will fast and accurate delivery.
• Developing the strategy and organisation for managing growth in Amazons Transportation network.
• Overseeing the delivery of automation tools and processes to increase operational capacity by +30%.
• Developing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Network Development team at an EU level.

• After delivering the most successful Peak on record, I was promoted, where i was to create and lead a new team as the EU Cost Optimisation Director. In this role i was responsible for owning and driving EU operations related, cost optimisations programs and projects. Exceeding targeted savings of $10M annualised.
• Some of the key responsibilities included:
• Owning, developing and creating the entire UK Operations Cost Optimisation Programs which delivered $11.8 Million in savings during 2020.
• Designing, presenting and obtaining approval from VP's on Amazon Shipping’s EU peak operational plan, which set our the plan for successfully delivering +240% growth YoY (840k volume p/w).
• Liaising with Directors and VPs to ensure our business plan was merged with the wider organisation.
• Verifying the ability of our entirety logistics operation, from first mile collections to last mile delivery.
• Overseeing the UK operation of Amazon Shipping, whilst delivering key projects to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Identifying areas for cost and operational improvement within the UK operation.

• Regional Safety Leader for Amazon Robotics Fulfilment Centres across the UK.
• Some of the Key repsonsibilities included:
• Managing large scale change projects whilst simultaneously running the complete EHS program across the region.
• Overseeing the safety performance of the UK AR (Amazon Robotics) region fulfilment centres (5 Sites).
• Responsible for ensuring all key metrics were met which included injury reduction, recordable injury submission deadlines, high risk action completion.
• Justifying and planning the allocation of appropriate resources to these where the safety risk is highest.
• Manage an organisation of >40 people, in the delivery of continuously improving safety performance of up to 15,000 staff members.
• Assisted with the implementation of new policies, procedures and projects across the region, including the introduction of Woven Bands, TDR (Trailer, Dock & Release) incident Reduction program, MSD (Muscular Skeletal Disorder) Reduction and the timely implementation of high risk incident actions.
• Represented the region during Regional, UK and EU meetings, working alongside regional operations managers.
• Performing analysis and presenting QBR safety performance to regional and UK ops managers/VP’s along with the action plan and focuses of upcoming quarters for each site in the AR region.
• During this time, I have also been proxy for the UK Safety Manager on several occasions.

• Ensuring that EHS systems are kept accurate at all time with completed incident reports and all required supporting documentation, with metrics compiled on key data points to help the EHS Manager prepare/issue regular and ad hoc reports and metric documents.
