I am the COO and co-founder of an analytics company, NeenOpal. I am a big believer in the power of analytical skills and critical thinking. Too often, we cloud our judgment with biases and make poor decisions based on outdated beliefs. With the help of data analytics, business decisions can be taken without the need to adopt risky intuitive, and trial-error approaches. And this is what my company NeenOpal aims to achieve – leverage AI to help companies make better business decisions. Teamwork has been the essence of my professional success. I have had a rich experience of working with various cross-cultural and international teams during my current work at NeenOpal, earlier four years of work experience at Reliance Industries (#158 in Global Fortune 500), MBA Education at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and leading my college Volleyball Team at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati.
