I work at the intersection of creative operations, video production and performance marketing. Most of the time my role ends up being helping creative teams move ideas forward. Organizing workflows, coordinating people and making sure things actually get done. My background started in video production, but over time I naturally moved into coordinating projects and improving processes across marketing and creative teams. I’ve worked closely with designers, editors, freelancers and agencies supporting campaigns and helping connect strategy with execution. I like bringing structure to environments that are usually a bit messy by nature. Creative teams, fast campaigns, growing marketing operations. The kind of places where ideas are good but the system around them sometimes needs help. That’s usually how I ended up managing projects in the companies that hired me, which eventually led me to pursue my PMP. I’m comfortable moving between strategy conversations, editing timelines and project coordination. I enjoy mentoring editors, brainstorming creative ideas and helping teams stay aligned when things get busy. My weakness? My “just a quick note” Slack messages are never quick. If Slack had a word limit I’d probably riot. But at least the projects get delivered.
