I hold 13 multimodal AI patents. Not as a credential to hang on a wall, but as proof that I’ve been living inside the hardest problems at the intersection of human cognition and machine intelligence for over a decade. I am an AI inventor, experience strategist, and knowledge systems thinker. I design the way humans talk to machines and the way machines learn to understand us back. My work spans: → Conversational & Voice AI: VUI design, NLU architecture, hallucination handling, sound/haptic conditionals, and the human factors that make or break voice-first experiences at scale. → Knowledge Engineering & Semantic Systems: ontologies, data enrichment, and the frameworks that make AI actually reliable rather than just probabilistic. Most people building AI right now are skipping this layer. I’m not. → AI Product Strategy: translating bleeding-edge AI capability into real products that real humans use, trust, and come back to. I’ve done this at two major US financial institutions at VP level → Human-Centered Data: former data scientist (SPSS) turned experience strategist. I understand what lives inside a data pipeline and what it means for the person on the other end of the screen. I’ve spent years designing in high-stakes, high-constraint environments, regulated industries, enterprise scale, cross-functional politics, and all. I’ve shipped. I’ve patented. I’ve led without a title and influenced without authority. I also run a community for AI/UX practitioners and advise on AI-enabled wearables in the health ecosystem — because good thinking doesn’t stop at 5pm. Empathy is not a weakness.
