Education is like a clean canvas – full of possibility, purpose, and potential. This belief has been my compass for over two decades as I’ve worked to transform education into a space where innovation thrives, talents are nurtured, and every student is empowered to lead with purpose. As Vice President of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI), I’ve been fortunate to witness and shape the evolution of education—from conventional classrooms to entrepreneurial ecosystems, from textbooks to tech-enabled learning, from competition to collaboration. Innovation has been at the heart of this journey. At MREI, we’ve incubated over 80 startups and disbursed ₹1.2 crore in seed funding through the NewGen IEDC. But more than the numbers, it's the spark in a student’s eyes when their idea finds wings that fuel me every day. My passion for sports runs just as deep. I believe in the philosophy of ‘sports for all’—where every young person, regardless of background or ability, gets a fair shot at the podium. From organizing international shooting championships to mentoring athletes who’ve won Arjuna Awards like Ankur Mittal and Shreyasi Singh, I’ve seen firsthand how sports can shape character and unlock human potential. Inclusivity and sustainability aren’t buzzwords here—they’re principles we live by. We’ve launched Future Skills & Sustainability Labs across our schools, introducing students to AI, podcasting, videography, and more—preparing them not just for the world, but to change it. At the same time, initiatives like groundwater restoration, 'Adopt a Fruit Tree', and Project Panchi reflect our commitment to the community and the planet. I also wear multiple hats in the national sports ecosystem, ranging from policy-level roles to grassroots development. As Co-Chair of FICCI’s Sports & Youth Affairs Committee, ISSF President Ambassador, and Trustee of Faridabad Navchetna Trust, I work towards shaping inclusive sports policies and youth engagement. I’ve also had the privilege to serve as: • President, Faridabad District Badminton Association • Patron, Haryana Badminton Association • Chief Patron, Haryana Football Association • Convenor, various International & National Level Shooting Championships Through it all, one truth has remained constant: the most profound change comes when passionate educators, curious learners, and committed leaders come together.
