• Among the two Indians to be selected as a Kairos 2011 Fellow as a young leader to the World Foresight Forum, 2011 at the Hague, Netherlands. Kairos brings together top students from around the world in an effort to foster the next generation of leaders to develop globally impactful innovations. Although, I could not attend the event due to unavoidable reasons, a great deal was gained from preparing for the same.

• What’s up Bharat is a hub, a network and a new-media platform to inspire, engage and empower the youth of India on social issues through ‘kala’, ‘kalpana’ and ‘karma’ (art, ideas and action).

• ngoFuel is a non-profit facilitating technology usage to other non-profit organizations either free or at minimal cost. It is a self-sustainable project (both monetarily and HR) and we successfully implemented it with an investment of mere 20$.
• ngoFuel is the first technical non-profit organization in the social sector of India. Most non-profits lack even basic web presence due to unawareness. This is where we come in; ngoFuel is creative solution to combat their technical issues.
• By implementing the crowd sourcing model, we create a unique platform which enables the youth to connect with the social sector and contribute using their skills; channelizing it to work on ‘live’ projects and get professional experience.
• Featured in the top 30 student start-ups of India, a showcase organized by the National Entrepreneurship Network in January 2011. Among top 6 start-ups in Springboard Ventures Boot-Camp, Delhi, with the highest number of votes.
• Published in several online and print media including a full-page article in HT MINT (English) and Hindustan (Hindi).
• Partnered with various national-level competitions such as Eureka (IIT Mumbai) and Genesis (IIT Chennai) to promote social entrepreneurship in India.
• I managed a team of 11 members and 400 volunteers, consulting more than 50 non-profits.
• Currently, I am a trustee and an advisor to the team.

• eWaiter was an online food ordering system for students in VIT. Validated the idea using market feedback from several students and local restaurants. The project never took off as we were unable to convince the management to allow delivery boys inside the campus.
