I discovered Bitcoin in 2017 while working at eBay. Within a year, I'd gone all in on crypto. Haven't looked back. In 2018, ICOs were the thing. I led marketing for a $3M raise. A few months later, ICOs were dead. In 2021, NFTs were the thing. I was Head of Marketing for a $4M sellout. A year later, the floor collapsed. I started to notice a pattern: crypto moves in waves, and most people drown chasing the last one. So when I joined INX as Director of Growth in 2023, I paid attention to what was different.
