• Helped 21 portfolio startups in India with their growth, fundraising & market access to find the product-market fit; 63% of 314+ global portfolio startups raised €1M average funding with 79% survival rate and 11 exits so far.
• Productised the acceleration services and worked with public agencies & corporates like Airbus (aerospace), Shell (energy) & Rolls-Royce (automobile & aerospace) to set up/run acceleration programs, deal flow.

• Due to various incidents that occurred in the recent past, I feel that sustainability has become a significant area of concern in LINK. Despite all the success we have, it cannot be considered a true success unless we are able to hold members in IEEE.
• The percentage of people who continue their IEEE membership is very less, including the previous executive members. Considering the last 5 LINK executives, there should have been at least 25 GOLD members now. However, it’s only a handful of us, who saw enough value in IEEE to continue and also had a feeling to give back to the organization.
• In order to address this, Formed a special committee “LINK Membership Sustainability Initiative”. The initial goal of this team was to get solid membership sustainability data from all SB’s. IEEE GUILD and LINK Management Tool will be inter-related initiatives. Once the data is available we will need to analyze this information to identify patterns or to suggest methods (in addition to GUILD) to ensure sustainability. At this stage the current committee may be expanded or re-structured.

• 1. Being appointed by the LINK President acts as the major authority on the LINK website on behalf of the LINK execom.
• 2. Shall act as the Chief Editor of contents of the website and chief technical officer of the LINK along with LINK Technical Coordinator.
• 3. Shall update the contents of the LINK websites on direction from the LINK Secretary and revamps the website as required.
• 4. Shall assist the student entities to make use of EWH services from the IEEE and mentor them regarding the hosting of the websites.
• 5. Shall assume the role of general coordinator and moderator of LINK Online Competitions (LOC).
• 6. Shall ensure that enough supporting software and tools are developed and made available to the IEEE volunteers for the effective running of the student entities.

• IEEE LINK Volunteer Pool (LVP) is a new initiative by 2010 IEEE Kerala Section SAC Chair. Workload in LINK is exponentially increasing along with number of SB’s and several volunteers unavailable during exams and vacation. • IEEE Region 10 Student Activities Committee takes care of the needs of 30,000+ student members spread over 615+ student branches in the Asia-Pacific Region (Region 10) of the IEEE. The committee conducts regular and special activities for students to improve technical knowledge, management skills and to enhance networking among members and student branches.
