About

Over the last 25+ years, I have had the opportunity to build and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across industries, geographies, and stages of growth. What continues to motivate me is helping organizations create India teams that evolve from delivery units into strategic global partners. My experience spans Europe, Asia, and the United States, working closely with global leadership teams to establish and grow engineering and technology organizations that combine strong execution with long-term capability building. At Eurofins, I led and scaled a multi-country GCC ecosystem across India, Malaysia, and Vietnam to over 1800 professionals, with responsibility across operations, talent, and financial outcomes. Earlier, I was part of the founding leadership journey that helped build and scale Deutsche Bank’s Pune GCC during its formative years. I enjoy working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and people. Much of my work has involved setting up operating models, building leadership teams, and creating environments where engineers and business teams can deliver meaningful outcomes while staying aligned with global priorities. My leadership approach is fairly simple - build strong teams, create clarity of purpose, and establish systems that allow organizations to scale sustainably. I believe successful GCCs are not defined by size alone, but by the value they create, the ownership they demonstrate, and the trust they build with global stakeholders. Today, as an Independent Director and Advisor, I work with enterprises and growth-stage companies that are establishing or strengthening their India presence. I particularly enjoy supporting organizations in their build-and-scale journeys - whether that involves shaping strategy, mentoring leadership teams, or helping define the next phase of growth. I remain interested in opportunities where India can play a larger strategic role - building high-performance engineering organizations, enabling innovation, and contributing directly to global business outcomes.
