I’m the founder of GRN Consulting, a boutique People & Culture practice based in Copenhagen. Through GRN, I work at the intersection of people partnering, capability building, and talent development, supporting organisations and individuals through moments of growth and rapid change. My approach is shaped by experience across impact-driven scale-ups and large international organisations. I led People & Culture work across KRING, partnering closely with healthtech and impact founders as well as KRING’s leadership teams. I supported everything from People foundations and HR operations to leadership development, culture work, and organisational scaling across different ventures and maturity levels. Before that, I spent several years at Reckitt, working within the FMCG and consumer healthcare industry and progressing into an HR Business Partner role. I partnered closely with business leaders in a complex, matrixed environment, with strong exposure to the DACH region, supporting performance processes, organisational change, stakeholder management, and business-critical People initiatives. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. This background gave me a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of how global, political, and economic forces shape modern organizations — both in theory and in day-to-day practice.
