I have built brands from the inside of three of the most demanding marketing environments in India: Dabur, GSK, and Amazon. At Dabur I ran sales, product, and brand management for hair care brands including the launch of Dabur Almond Hair Oil. At GSK I owned the full P&L for ENO, responsible for strategy, media, trade, and innovation for one of India's most recognised OTC brands. At Amazon I led marketing for Amazon Pantry, the grocery service, for four years, managing the full marketing stack from the inside. That combination of FMCG brand-building and marketplace operations from inside the platform is what I brought to 367 Agency when I co-founded the Marketplace practice. Today we are a 40-plus member team working with D2C founders and consumer brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto in India, the US, and the UK. We do not run campaigns in isolation. We design growth systems that connect content, listings, advertising, and pricing into one operating model. The brands that work best with us are the ones who have already proven their product and want to scale marketplace revenue profitably, without the margin bleed that comes from chasing ROAS numbers that look good on a report but do not show up in the bank.
