About

I’m a product, growth, and marketplace strategy leader with over a decade of experience scaling consumer internet businesses through data-driven decision making. Currently, I lead Product Analytics at Zepto, partnering closely with the leadership to drive strategy across Consumer Growth, Shopping Experience, Fraud, and Last Mile operations. Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve been promoted three times while building and scaling the Product Analytics function into a 30+ member team supporting the company’s core product and growth initiatives. My work focuses on solving high-impact marketplace and product problems across the full user lifecycle—acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing, and operational efficiency. I’ve helped drive and scale major initiatives including Zepto Pass, Supersaver, EDLP pricing strategy, FnV category scale-up, and marketplace optimization across demand, supply, and ETA. A core part of my work involves driving category and product growth through four key levers: • Speed – delivery promise and ETA reliability • Assortment – identifying and closing assortment gaps • Availability – improving in-stock rates across the network • Pricing – building competitive and sustainable pricing strategies Previously, I’ve led analytics and growth measurement initiatives at MPL, Vedantu, and Swiggy. I enjoy solving complex product and marketplace problems, building high-performing teams, and driving product strategy through experimentation and data.
