Hey I’m Jai 🦀 I am the Delivery Manager at UMATR, and one of the founding team members. 🦈 I have spent the last 9 years working for some of the most exciting brands and influential companies within their space. From Dubai to London, I have always had a passion for helping people. Providing my knowledge and insights to anyone I partner with, whether that be helping someone find a new home in my early career, or more recently helping Software Engineers secure dream roles at some of the worlds coolest tech companies. 🏠🌵 My recruitment career was initially launched by helping freelance and contract engineers secure positions across Europe. I am using this experience of the fast-paced market to assist clients across the United States in finding the top 1% of Rust talent within the community. With a fresh approach, Software Engineer’s ‘wants & needs’ will always go at the centre of the search and I thrive off helping them navigate a competitive market to land their dream role. 🎯🏄🏻‍♂‍ Originally from Sheffield, my love for travelling the world started at a young age. I have family in Australia and the UAE, so I was lucky enough to spend my younger years experiencing and understanding the different cultures that this wonderful world has to offer.
