Amit Chadha is the CEO and Managing Director at L&T Technology Services (LTTS). He leads India’s largest digital engineering and R&D services company, driving its roadmap for business and technology leadership, market direction, and strategic vision. As CEO, Amit has grown LTTS into a billion dollar digital engineering and technology organization, with demonstrated leadership in emerging technologies, while accelerating the culture of innovation, with patent filings becoming 4X under his leadership. Since joining LTTS in 2009, Amit has held multiple senior leadership roles, progressively expanding and reinforcing the company’s global footprint. He played an instrumental role in the public listing of LTTS on the NSE and the BSE in a stellar IPO during 2016. Amit also holds an Advanced Management Certification in Business Leadership from INSEAD, France, and has completed a Global Business Leadership Executive Program with the Harvard Business School Publishing.
